Metal Plates & Profiles Roller Conveyor Blasting Machine
https://www.etsaindustry.com/products/metal-plates-profiles-roller-conveyor-blasting-machine.html

Plate shot blasting machine & Profiles Roller Conveyor Blasting Machine is special blast cleaning equipment for steel plate, steel sheet and profiles. Feeding rollers deliver steel plate, steel sheet and strips to middle rollers in blasting chamber where work pieces will be blasted by blasting wheels mounted on the blasting chamber walls.

Brushing and sweeping unit will collect steel shots on the plate surface to screw conveyor. And screw conveyor delivery steel shots to bucket elevator. High pressure fan will blow off un-collected shots to keep plate top surface clean. Out-feeding rollers deliver blasted and finished work pieces out of blasting chamber for unloading.

Specifications of Metal plates & Profiles Roller Conveyor Blasting Machine

Use of steel plate shot blasting machine & Profiles Roller Conveyor Blasting Machine
Sweeping, Brushing & Blowing System
Sweeping: Nylon brushing sweep steel shots on the surface to screw conveyor.

Delivering: Screw conveyor delivers steel shots to bucket elevator.

Blowing: High pressure fan blow off un-collected shots on plate surface.

Lift Device: To adjust height of sweeping and brushing system by reducer.

Blast turbines
Blast turbines, often referred to as wheel blast machines or simply blast wheels, are a critical component in the field of automated surface preparation and finishing. They are widely used in various industries, including shipbuilding, automotive, foundry, and aerospace, for cleaning, strengthening, or polishing metal surfaces. Unlike air blasting, which propels abrasive media using compressed air, blast turbines use centrifugal force to accelerate and hurl the media at the workpiece.

How Blast Turbines Work
Feeding the Abrasive: The abrasive media, which can be steel shot, grit, or other materials, is fed into the center of the rotating blast wheel.

Acceleration: The wheel, which consists of a series of blades or paddles, spins at high speeds. As the abrasive media passes through the wheel, it is accelerated by centrifugal force.

Projection: The accelerated abrasive is then thrown off the tips of the blades and directed towards the workpiece at high velocity, effectively cleaning or peening the surface.

Recycling: After impacting the workpiece, the spent abrasive falls into a collection system where it is cleaned and recycled back into the system for reuse.

Components of a metal blasting machine
Wheel Hub: The central part of the turbine that holds the blades or paddles.

Blades/Paddles: These are attached to the wheel hub and are responsible for accelerating the abrasive media.

Control Cage: Directs the flow of abrasive media onto the blades and towards the workpiece.

Impeller: Helps to distribute the abrasive evenly to the blades.

Feed Spout: The channel through which abrasive media is fed into the turbine.

Housing: Encloses the entire assembly for safety and directs the flow of thrown abrasive.

General emergency stop button is on all the ETSA’s control panel. And sub emergency stop buttons are on conveyor systems. Moreover, detectors on the blast wheel covers, blasting chamber windows, elevators, separators will protect safety of the operators. Further, dust collection unit of shot blast machine dust emisssions is under 3mg/m3 which also bring dust free working environment.
