Dry Floor Heating System

Dry floor heating module with low internal stress is a proprietary product of Beijing SOHO Group.

The product is made of high strength fluoride-free, bromin-free and low internal stress extruded (XPS) insulation board developed by the company as the main material, with a soaking layer attached to the surface. The module is prefabricated in the factory according to the in-depth plan of the drawing and assembled on site. The surface of the module is provided with a fixed distance Ω groove for laying heating pipes.

The foam module of our dry floor heating systems is made from fluorine-free, bromine-free, and low internal stress XPS extruded polystyrene thermal insulation boards with low heat conductivity and excellent dimensional stability, ensuring no bending or edge warping over time.

Intelligent temperature control is achieved through integrated design and software, making it a crucial component in the dry floor heating system for room-by-room temperature regulation.

Floor Heating Surface

Using high-strength, fluorine-free, bromine-free, low internal stress extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board as the primary material, the surface is coated with an even heat distribution layer. The module surface features fixed-spacing Ω grooves designed for laying heating pipes. This serves as the core component of the floor heating system.
